Senior Machine Learning Engineer Full-time

What success looks like in this role:
• Generate Machine Learning application ideas
• Define Machine Learning Vision within the team
• Drive Machine Learning projects from ideation to production
• Suggest internal processes improvements
• Mentor younger colleagues
• Participate in bi-weekly Machine Learning papers review meetings

You will be successful in this role if you have:
• At least 4 years of experience leading machine learning projects
• Experience implementing LLM-based solutions in production
• Experience working with Python and its machine learning libraries
• Experience working with Spark or other distributed computations frameworks
• Experience mentoring other Machine Learning team members
• Algorithms and data structures knowledge
• Ability to grasp new technologies very quickly
• Ability to work effectively and independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally in English

Salary Range: 50,000-75,000 EURO gross (before tax) per annum depending on your competencies, skills and experience
