Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of AI-driven solutions that optimize property valuations, enhance operational processes, and unlock new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize ML models for comparable property search and ranking, leveraging NLP and advanced search algorithms.

• Build text classification models to extract and categorize insights from unstructured real estate data.

• Fine-tune and optimize models for accuracy, scalability, and real-time processing.

• Design and implement MLOps best practices, ensuring smooth model training, deployment, and monitoring in cloud environments.

• Develop CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows, integrating automation for model retraining and performance monitoring.

• Work with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-based ML platforms (AWS SageMaker)

• Collaborate with data engineers to process, clean, and optimize real estate datasets for machine learning applications.

• Implement feature engineering strategies to enhance model performance and interpretability.

• Ensure seamless data pipeline integration for structured and unstructured data sources.

• Partner with real estate analysts, product managers, and data teams to align ML solutions with business objectives.

• Lead discussions on ML strategy and roadmap, providing technical guidance on AI-driven initiatives.

• Present findings and ML model performance insights to business stakeholders in an actionable manner.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, AI, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or applied AI, with a track record of deploying ML models in production.

Technical Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Expertise in search ranking algorithms, NLP, and text classification models.

• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, AWS SageMaker, Vertex AI).

• Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and big data technologies for managing large-scale datasets.

• Proficiency in cloud-based machine learning services (AWS).

• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD automation.

• Ability to translate complex ML concepts into business-driven solutions.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration.
