Responsibilities

AI Answer focuses on improving productivity of help-seekers in JSM, leveraging AI. It uses RAG methodology to scan through the Knowledge Base, index, hydrate and generate Answers which are accurate. There are multiple facets to it as we expand to supporting multiple-languages, improving correctness scores, eliminating hallucinations, expanding search space beyond Knowledge Base, etc., Team overall focus is on creating impact on overall helpfulness to the help seeker. This team also owns implementing AI/ML for generating KB articles from issues, suggesting and creating workflows through AI for solving customer queries along with other initiatives.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

• 5+ years of related industry experience in the ML domain
• Expertise in Python, Kotlin or Java with and the ability to write performant production-quality code, familiarity with SQL, Vector database and cloud data environments (e.g. AWS, Databricks)
• Experience building and scaling machine learning models in business applications using large amounts of data
• Ability to communicate and explain data science concepts to diverse audiences, craft a compelling story
• Focus on business practicality and the 80/20 rule; very high bar for output quality, but recognize the business benefit of “having something now” vs “perfection sometime in the future”
• Agile development mindset, appreciating the benefit of constant iteration and improvement
