Senior Fullstack Software Developer (AI Studio) Full-time

The team
Vonage AI Studio is a low-code / no-code process orchestration and virtual assistant conversation designer tool that empowers developers and non-developers alike to create and deploy customer engagement experiences that operate in natural language on any channel (Telephony, SMS, Whatsapp, HTTP and more).

What will you do?

• Build the infrastructure and business logic for Vonage’s AI platforms. AI Studio is a conversational AI platform that automates conversations and engages our customers’ clients.
• Develop software solutions that serve millions of users and businesses by providing AI solutions such as NLU API and ASR. Building reusable and robust services and libraries for future use. Translating features and specifications into high-quality code and optimizing components for maximum performance.
• Develop on both the front-end and the back-end of our platform, in a rich microservices environment on the cloud, and an advanced UI.

Musts:

• BSc degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years of experience with NodeJS and Python server frameworks
• Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases
• Experience with web frameworks and REST API services
• Experience with cloud hosting environments like AWS, GCP, Azure
• Virtual environments and dockerized environments (K8s)
• Experience in Agile software development methodology: Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies
• 7+ years of experience with a modern frontend framework
• Experience with TypeScript
• Experience with Angular

Good to have:

• Experience with AWS hosting env and services (lambda, sqs, elastic, s3, dynamo etc…)
• Infrastructure and devops understanding
• gRPC, websockets
• Experience with Go language
• Experience with NestJS framework

Please note: This position is offered on an employee contract. Unfortunately we do not offer B2B contracts. This role is hybrid, coming to the office in Wroclaw once per week may be required.
