What you’ll be doing…

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Engineer Consultant to join our team and lead the development of innovative AI/ML solutions for challenging business problems. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to guide the team, mentor junior engineers, and deliver high-impact solutions.

• Leading the design, development, and implementation of complex AI/ML solutions using Python, CI/CD, public cloud platforms, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Architecting and building scalable and efficient distributed computing systems for handling large-scale data processing.
• Designing and implementing robust AI/ML pipelines for seamless model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Ability to communicate complex model designs and outcomes in business terms to a non-technical audience.
• Mentoring and guiding junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

What we’re looking for…

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience on Model-serving runtimes Like BentoML or TensorFlow Serving (TFX) or Triton Inference Server
• Experience on Model-serving platforms like Cloud-provider platforms (Amazon SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure Machine Learning) KServe, Ray.
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying complex AI/ML solutions.
• Expert-level programming skills in Python, with extensive experience in CI/CD practices and JavaScript frameworks.
• Deep understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed computing architectures.
• Strong understanding of advanced AI/ML algorithms, including deep learning, generative AI, and other relevant areas.
• Good understanding and ability to explain both the code and the underlying math used in algorithms/models. Strong coding proficiency in Python, Java, R, etc. Knowledge of AI/ML models, frameworks(Keras, Pytorch, etc.) and libraries/packages/APIs (e.g., scikit)

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
