Senior Director, AI Enablement

We are seeking a highly skilled and experience Senior Director of AI Enablement, within the Responsible AI team under Data and Analytics, you will champion the development of a culture that values responsible AI across the enterprise.

The responsible AI team is a centralized function to support all business functions across the enterprise in ensuring governance and ethics within their data and AI assets.

The Senior Director, AI Enablement, you will provide oversight of AI risk management processes and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to embed governance considerations into the AI lifecycle.

Your leadership will ensure that AI models are monitored for responsible considerations and that our business functions are equipped for responsible AI development and deployment practices

About the Role
In this opportunity as Senior Director, AI Enablement, you will:

• Implement responsible AI practices, guidelines, and principles into program initiatives
• Foster a culture that prioritizes responsible AI and governance
• Monitor AI models and applications for responsible considerations
• Lead a high-performing team of responsible AI partners and experts
• Automate AI risk management processes and develop mitigation plans
• Serve as a liaison between business functions for responsible AI practices
• Design and implement data and AI integrations to support program objectives

About You
You’re a fit for the role of Senior Director, AI Enablement if your background includes:

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or a related field
• Extensive experience in AI strategy, development, and governance
• Proven track record of leading AI initiatives and fostering a responsible AI culture
• Strong understanding of AI risk management and mitigation strategies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience with common cloud and reporting tooling
• Ability to influence stakeholders for enterprise adoption and change management
