About the role:

As a Senior Developer for the Generative AI Navigator platform at Novartis, you will lead the design and implementation of sophisticated GenAI applications. Your expertise will drive the development of secure, scalable, and efficient solutions, ensuring the platform’s ability to meet the evolving needs of the enterprise.
– Create the detailed TT solution/service design, based on functional specifications to meet quality and performance requirements and technical constraints.

Major accountabilities:

• As a Senior Developer for the Generative AI Navigator platform at Novartis, you will lead the design and implementation of sophisticated GenAI applications.
• Your expertise will drive the development of secure, scalable, and efficient solutions, ensuring the platform’s ability to meet the evolving needs of the enterprise.
• Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing new solutions and services -Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope.

Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in related technology.
• Influencing without authority and ability to work and lead (a cross-functional team) in a matrix.
• People Leadership, Project Management and Collaborating across boundaries.
• Bachelor / Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred Business Architecture.
• Proven experience with Python, NodeJS (good to have), React (good to have) and full-stack development.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and Azure platforms.
• Leadership skills and experience mentoring junior staff.Strong analytical and project management skills.
• IT Enterprise Architecture, IT Systems Design, Systems Integration, and UI (User Interface) Design.
