Senior Deep Learning Software Engineer – 3D Pose Full-time

Maxine provides innovative AI models for deploying video/audio enhancement and augmented reality features. We also offer end to end pipelines of multiple low latency AI effects accelerated on NVIDIA GPUs. We are now looking for outstanding engineers to join the NVIDIA Maxine AI team. You will work alongside brilliant engineers on core technologies to solve ambitious computer vision and deep learning problems, specially building real-time AI algorithms for video communication and telepresence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You will work with us on groundbreaking computer vision algorithms and deep learning models that transform the industry in following areas:

• 3D human face/hands/body/gaze pose estimation and tracking
• 3D reconstruction and neural radiance fields
• 3D human and environmental relighting

What We Need to See:

• 12+ years of engineering experience and recognized expertise in 3D computer vision and deep learning
• Experience with architecting and training models for human pose estimation and tracking
• Experience with developing computer vision routines and pipelines for pose driven animation
• Hands on experience with synthetic data generation
• Hands on experience with blender and other rendering tools
• Strong background in deep learning frameworks and training methodologies
• Passion for optimizing model architectures for cloud and embedded environments
• Ability to work independently and as well as in a collaborative environment mentoring the team
• Strong sense of purpose and experience influencing the product roadmap
• Experience influencing across multiple teams and communicating effectively
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related field experience (or equivalent experience)

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Consistent track record of patents and publications in Computer Vision and Deep learning related to 3D
• Experience training foundation models
• Background in working with multi modal LLMs and SLMs
• Experience with having led and delivered on high impact projects

The base salary range is 220,000 USD – 339,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
