The Senior Curriculum Developer plays a pivotal role in harnessing e-learning and AI technologies to design, develop, and maintain a dynamic and engaging eLearning curriculum. This role ensures that the educational content is not only current and accessible but also empowers our diverse client base. By leveraging NetSuite, we provide our clients with the tools they need to excel in today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, helping them maximize their investment in our platform, ensuring that our clients can leverage the full potential of NetSuite to drive their business forward.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of eLearning courses tailored to diverse audiences, including customers, partners, and employees
• Create an immersive and inclusive learning experience, incorporating various media
• Collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to gather essential course content
• Work in harmony with subject matter experts to translate their knowledge into practical learning scenarios
• Incorporate AI tools to enhance the learner experience and improve engagement
• Strive for continuous growth and improvement by being agile, curious, a fast learner, and passionate about taking on big challenges
• Regularly analyze and adjust course materials to ensure they remain current, engaging, and accessible
• Working alongside the Digital Production team, ensure the final product is visually appealing and enhances the learning experience
• Stay in tune with the latest eLearning trends, methodologies, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Professional English language capability
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design
• Intermediate to advanced level user of the Articulate 360 suite
• Demonstrated experience in developing engaging course materials, making complex topics accessible
• Strong communication skills that cater to diverse audiences are highly valued
• Adobe Creative Cloud
• Project Management expertise, particularly using Jira, is a bonus
• Knowledge of accounting practices and financial reporting
• Experience collaborating in Agile teams
• Previous experience in software training materials creation
