WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a key member of our team, your role is pivotal in enhancing the quality of our development process and integrating industry best practices from the outset. This position offers the chance to leave a lasting impact and contribute to our transformative journey.

• Develop and implement agile Software Development practices, including Continuous Testing, Integration, and potentially Delivery/Deployment automation.
• Utilize continuous monitoring tools to ensure system performance and reliability.
• Implement Test Driven Design patterns to ensure high-quality code development.
• Deploy AI solutions in industrial settings with careful planning, meticulous execution, and strategic foresight.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related fields.
• 6 – 9 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, ABAPOO, Golang etc. for developing cloud-based applications.
• Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies.
• Experience with containerization technologies like kubernetes, istio, kyma and docker for efficient deployment of applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins for automated software delivery processes.
• Knowledge of event streaming platforms like Kafka and EventMesh for real-time data processing.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles to streamline the development process.
• Proficiency in monitoring tools such as dynatrace, analytics cloud, grafana, splunk, ELK/EFK prometheus for performance tracking.
• Ability to work effectively in an international virtual team environment while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in GenAI, Prompt Engineering, and Large Language Models (LLM).
• Knowledge of SAP technologies like BRIM (Billing & Revenue Innovation Management), BTP (Business Technology Platform) Development, CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), SAC (SAP Anlytics Cloud) is beneficial.
• Experience with data driven testing methodologies to validate the functionality of cloud-based systems is beneficial.
• Independent and team-oriented work ethic, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Quick learning aptitude for new knowledge areas.
• Proficiency in English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
