Mission:

Expand rocket code’s presence in Mexico by securing high-impact opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and leading the sales efforts for advanced AI and software solutions.
Responsibilities

• Strategic Sales and Market Expansion:
• Define and execute sales strategies to position rocket code as a leader in AI and software consulting and implementation in Mexico.
• Identify, pursue, and close business opportunities with enterprise-level clients across key industries.
• Leverage an existing pipeline of potential clients and expand it through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
• Client Relationship Leadership:
• Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
• Act as a strategic advisor, understanding complex client needs and aligning rocket code’s solutions to deliver value.
• Develop and present tailored business proposals and contracts to meet client objectives.
• Sales Strategy Execution:
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and proposals.
• Negotiate and secure contracts that are favorable to both parties.
• Pipeline Development and Optimization:
• Build, maintain, and expand a robust sales pipeline with a focus on high-value, long-term opportunities.
• Monitor sales metrics and provide insights to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Collaboration and Market Insights:
• Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to align solutions with client needs and market demands.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to influence product development and service offerings.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in AI and software.
• Leadership and Brand Representation:
• Represent rocket code at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
• Mentor and support junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence in sales.

Requirements

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 8 years in business development, sales, or account management roles, with at least 5 years focused on software consulting and implementation.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through enterprise-level software solutions.
• Existing pipeline of potential clients or demonstrated ability to rapidly build one.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Strong ability to manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing high-value deals.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
• Languages:
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Location and Availability:
• Must reside in Mexico.
• Availability to travel across the country for client meetings, events, and conferences.
