Responsibilities: Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Conversational
AI Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be
responsible for developing and implementing conversational
AI solutions that enhance customer engagement and improve
business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in software development, as well as experience
with natural language processing and machine learning.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement conversational AI solutions
that meet client needs.
• Build and train natural language processing models
to improve accuracy and understanding.
• Design and develop conversational interfaces that
are intuitive and easy for users to navigate.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate
conversational AI solutions into existing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to
conversational AI solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in
conversational AI and identify new opportunities for
growth and innovation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related
field.
• 2+ years of experience in software development,
with a focus on conversational AI.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing
and machine learning.
• Strong Experience with programming languages such
as NodeJS, C#, Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience with chatbot platforms such as Kore.ai,
Yellow.ai, MS Bot Framework and other similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
