This opportunity is within a new team of highly experienced designers, developers, data scientists and analysts who are responsible for delivering digital products including AI solutions to PwC’s business in Australia.

Our Senior Change associate is responsible for driving and supporting change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new AI tools and technology, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities will be:

• Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure alignment with transformation goals.
• Drive adoption of learning programs, events, and assets by ensuring alignment and understanding of the catalogue.
• Maintain support networks to facilitate peer-to-peer learning and support.
• Support and contribute to key stakeholder groups, including working groups, steering committees, and business decision groups.
• Create and execute comprehensive communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the transformation process.
• Design and implement change interventions to support change management strategies, maximising employee adoption and minimising resistance.
• Develop and report on metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and track adoption rates, providing regular updates to senior leadership.

About you

• Experience in change management or a related field.
• Proven track record of working on successful change initiatives in a corporate environment.
• Experience with agile ways of working and project management methodologies.
• Working knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using change management software and tools.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Collaborative and team-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Challenge norms and decision making with constructive vigour.
• Curious about new skills, technology, and better ways of doing things, navigating ambiguity and uncertainty.

• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) organisational development, or a related field.
• Experience with AI and machine learning products and understanding their potential impact on user experiences.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
• Experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Knowledge of digital products and AI solutions and their impact on business processes.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools to track and report on change outcomes.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and its application in AI-driven products.
• An understanding of software development processes and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
