Requirements

Responsibilities

• Address scalability challenges by optimizing neural networks, particularly during inference.
• Implement robust security measures to protect data, models (obfuscation), and infrastructure.
• Establish automated testing protocols for quality assurance in machine learning models.
• Assist in creating technical documentation to ensure reproducibility as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with both the AI and Engineering teams.

About You

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of industry experience with ML/DL models and ML Ops.
• Strong foundation in machine learning and data science.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in optimizing scalability within machine learning infrastructure.
• Knowledge of security best practices and regulatory compliance.
• A continuous learning mindset with awareness of emerging ML technologies.
• Proficiency in CI/CD concepts within machine learning workflows.
• Skilled in version control and automated testing.
• Expertise in real-time monitoring for deployed models.

Compensation Range: $170,000 – $220,000
