Senior Analyst, AI Operations Full-time

Job description:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Senior Analyst with 3 years of experience to join our AI Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring AI solutions, administering AI platforms such as Copilot Studio, and applying data and security policies to ensure appropriate governance. This role requires a strong understanding of AI technologies, data management, and security protocols.

What you will do:

• Monitor and maintain AI solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Administer AI platforms, including Copilot Studio, to support the development and deployment of AI models.
• Implement and enforce data and security policies to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions with existing systems and processes.
• Provide technical support and training to users of AI platforms and solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve AI operations processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and best practices.

What you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in IT, with a focus on AI operations and data management.
• Strong knowledge of AI platforms, such as Copilot Studio, and related technologies.
• Experience with data governance and security policies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Travel Percentage: 20%
