Senior AI Service Analyst, Restaurants Full-time

The SoundHound AI Restaurants team designs, develops, and deploys AI-driven products for the world’s leading restaurant chains to enhance and elevate our clients’ restaurant operations and guest satisfaction. Our Senior AI Service Analyst, Restaurants will have a key role on our team that deploys, manages, and optimizes our cutting-edge voice AI for drive-thru ordering. Our client engagements are growing rapidly and we are expanding our team.

This contractor role is available in Sydney, Australia. The role requires the ability to perform on-site work at restaurants and drive to locations in and outside the greater Sydney area.
In this role, you will:

• Be a part of an AI Service team of that coordinates closely with our AI product and client success teams to deploy and manage AI voice ordering services
• Coordinate the deployment of our AI service to drive-thru restaurants in Australia, including coordination with our clients and the installers, visiting restaurant locations as the on-site subject matter expert for AI service deployments, and gathering feedback from restaurant managers and crew.
• Learn how to use SoundHound’s proprietary AI products and tooling to set up and optimize our drive-thru AI service
• Assist in managing our AI service by implementing and testing menu changes, evaluating customer conversations with our AI, and tracking performance metrics
• Interact directly with the client and franchisees to gather feedback, resolve or escalate issues, and advance the roll-out of our AI service

We would love to hear from you if:

• You have 6+ years of experience with project management and spreadsheet tools
• You have customer-facing experience in restaurants or retail and have an interest in interacting with restaurant managers and crew
• You have a high attention to detail, proficient analytical skills, love digging into data to solve problems, and are self-motivated to succeed in deadline-driven environments
• You enjoy learning new skills and working cooperatively with cross-functional teams
• You are excited to become an expert at using our proprietary AI platform to create and optimize wonderful restaurant customer interactions
