Job Overview

As a Senior AI Recruiter, you will handle the entire recruitment process as an individual contributor. From sourcing and engaging candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers, you will play a critical role in building our team. You’ll be a consultant to the hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnering and Advisory: Partner closely with the business and hiring managers in order to assess and define candidate requirements to recruit top-talent and guide on creative hiring strategy. Partner with business as well as the hiring team to build solutions for diversity, equity, and inclusion goals. Establish rapport and relationships across all levels and functions to support exponential growth and achieve ambitious hiring targets.
• Sourcing and Attracting Candidates: Use various channels (job boards, social media, events) to identify potential candidates.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conducting initial phone screening to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, panels and partners
• Candidate Experience and Engagement: Ensure a ‘positive candidate experience’ throughout the recruitment process. Proactively engage passive candidates, apply various sourcing techniques and build relevant candidate pool. Provide timely feedback and communicate regularly with candidates.
• Offer Management: Collaborate with HM, BP, and other key partners to build competitive offers, using tools, benefits, and compensation. Apply functional knowledge and knowledge of applicant motivations to position the organization better when negotiating competitive offers with applicants
• Data Management and Reporting: Regularly manage pipeline activity maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates
• Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities. Partner with wider team and the recruitment marketing team on employer branding and social media strategy.
• Teammate: Collaborate effectively with team members across departments, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment to achieve shared goals.

Required skills & experience:

• Demonstrated ability and Solid understanding of the full recruitment cycle of relevant experience in end-to-end Tech Recruitment.
• Minimum of 8 years of recruiting experience with 3 years of experience recruiting in the machine learning, data science and AI technologies as part of their overall recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success in using innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive AI and machine learning candidates.
• Proven track record in engaging and handling senior partners and acting as a ‘Talent Advisor’ and Ability to advise, influence, and handle a range of partners.
• Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment tools (iCIMS preferred).
• Self-motivated and can adapt to ambiguity and can demonstrate success in agile ways of working

‘Nice to Have’ Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• You may have had a diverse experience, working in a management, lead or project management capacity.
• Experience across SaaS companies and/or hardware companies
• Experience working in companies as they transform and scale

Salary Range:

$49,920-$87,360 per year
