Your Role:

• Design, develop and deploy advanced AI/ML models to solve complex business problems
• Perform data extraction, cleaning and preprocessing for model training and evaluation
• Analyse data for statistical patterns, distributions, summaries, anomalies, correlations, structures for further processing or reporting
• Maintain and fine tune ML models to ensure their performance
• Lead AI (Gen AI Chatbots, AI enhanced processes etc.) enablement for Aptiv Supply chain management
• Planning, forecasting, and reporting, with an objective to modernize overall Company analytics within Supply Chain
• Communicate insights and reports across different divisions and seniority levels
• Lead and work independently, serve as a trusted business partner, and have a bias for action and results

Your Background

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science or STEM field
• 3+ years of AI/ML, predictive/prescriptive analytics, data science hands on experience with exemplary project work/solutioning
• 3+ years’ experience with statistical modelling/programming (Python, R etc.)
• Extensive experience with ML frameworks and libraries such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, sckit-learn, Keras, XGBoost etc.
• Extensive experience with statistics, data mining and machine learning algorithms
• Experience with Cloud platforms and integrated ML ops (Google Big Query ML Ops etc.)
• Fluent in English (written/spoken)
• Excellent oral and written communication, teaching skills
• Strive for excellence, critical thinking, drive for execution; excellent problem-solving skills
• Highest level of integrity, accountability, reliability, and accuracy
• To be motivated to succeed by supporting the objectives of the company and learning
• Preferred Experience with Generative AI platforms like Vertex AI, GPT builder etc.
