Within the Group, you will join the Information Management team led by the Chief Data Officer (CDO) within the Group Finance Department.

Your job and daily missions:

Your main mission will be to contribute to the setup and deployment of the Data Strategy across the AXA Corporate Center through data and AI transformation projects, data governance, data operations, and fostering a data culture.

You will report directly to the Head of Data & AI Transformation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge Gen AI solutions at AXA HQ
• Ensure seamless integration and optimization of AI & Gen AI capabilities across the organization
• Drive the adoption of AI & Gen AI use cases using advanced technologies like Azure Open AI, M365 Copilot, and RAG capabilities
• Collaborate with the Head of Data & AI Transformation to industrialize the usage of AI & Gen AI, lead workshops, and manage key AI initiatives
• Champion Data & AI acculturation, shaping strategy, providing training, and supporting the implementation of AI use cases

Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree in IT & AI Engineering
• 6+ years of experience in AI capabilities design, IT/Innovation projects, project/team management, and data management
• Insurance industry background and Data Office team experience is advantageous

Soft skills:

• Analytical mindset
• Proactive and eager to learn
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in French, proficient in English

Technical skills:

• Proficient in LLM (Large Language Models) ops and ML ops (Machine Learning Operations) tasks
• Expertise in RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) principle
• Familiarity with Azure Open AI solution, M365 Copilot
• Deep understanding of Gemini, Mistral, Midjourney concepts
• Knowledge of Python, Pyspark, SQL, DAX, Power BI, Power automate is a plus
• Familiarity with Adaptive AI solution is advantageous
