With over 20 years of experience in software development, you bring a wealth of knowledge in distributed computing, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP, and Infrastructure-as-Code. Your expertise in Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and AI/machine learning frameworks sets you apart as a technological pioneer. You possess exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills, and have a proven track record of managing global, distributed teams. Your ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements and drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies is unparalleled. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Guide the strategic development and implementation of state-of-the-art Generative AI platform, focusing on EDA, Generative AI, and Cloud services.
• Serve as the leading AI expert and external-facing architect for Synopsys Gen AI LLM Services Platform.
• Engage with customers to gather architectural requirements, understand their business needs, and translate them into viable AI platform technical requirements.
• Champion the integration of EDA tools with Generative AI and Cloud capabilities, ensuring seamless and innovative service offerings.
• Mentor a team of exceptional engineers and AI specialists globally, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
• Drive the adoption of advanced cloud technologies, containerization, CI/CD, and AI to enhance product development and service delivery.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to align the AI architectural strategy with business goals, infusing customer insights into product evolution.
• Promote and enforce best practices in software architecture, focusing on scalable, robust, and secure solutions.
• Architect and oversee the deployment of reliable, cost-effective hybrid cloud solutions tailored for AI applications.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in software development, with substantial experience in EDA, AI, and Cloud technologies.
• Proven expertise in distributed computing, cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, container technologies, Linux systems, and AI/machine learning frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills, coupled with outstanding communication abilities.
• Experience in managing global, distributed teams is highly desirable.
