What you would do in this role
• Help the team architect, design, build, deploy, deliver, and monitor advanced analytics models for different insurance problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to understand complex business & engineering problems in insurance and translate them into data-driven solutions that deliver insights for action and operational improvements
• Consume data from multiple sources and present information in a crisp and digestible manner that delivers valuable insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Provide coaching to junior team-members on advanced analytical concepts

Who we are looking for?
• 2-4 years of experience in data-driven techniques including exploratory data analysis and data pre-processing & machine learning to solve business problems for the Insurance Industry
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science or related fields
• Strong foundation in Statistical Modeling, Machine Learning algorithms including k-means clustering, linear & logistic regression, decision trees and others
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, PySpark with experience in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Good communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
• Prior experience in the Insurance industry is mandatory
