Responsibility:-

• Experience in delivering large transformation programs.
• Understanding of process, techniques and steps involved in implementing Data & AI solutions
• Ability to lead & drive conversations with Client & internal stakeholders.
• Bridge the knowledge gap between client business and ACN teams.
• Strong program management skills with hands on experience in leading multi-functional team in a distributed work environment
• Strong understanding of change management techniques and ability to partner with stakeholders to drive adoption
• Strong communication and people management skills with ability to create a collaborative working culture within the program
