Location: Primary – Bengaluru, Secondary – Gurugram

Management Level: 11 – Analyst

Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau or similar, Strong background in interaction design and data storytelling, Experience with human-computer interaction principles, Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP, Azure, AWS).

Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with data pipelines and Agile collaboration, Knowledge of MLOps practices, Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Summary: As an I&F Decision Science Visualization Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing impactful visualization and interaction design solutions. This includes leveraging human-computer interaction principles, data storytelling, and user-centric methodologies to transform complex business requirements into visually compelling and actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that empower decision-making and drive business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with CG&S clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs.
• Translate requirements into effective user journeys with impactful visualizations and interaction designs.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to integrate visualizations into data-driven applications and products.
• Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies in data visualization through professional development opportunities.
