The Decision Scientist builds AI solutions for industries and functions that can enable automated decisions as well as augment decision-making for business managers. The Decision Scientist has a big role in ensuring that AI drives sustainable value in today’s enterprises.

What you would do in this role

• Understand existing AI, analytics, and data maturity landscape of CG&S clients across different business functions and develop potential data driven solutions.
• Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder data, CG&S best practices, client surveys and other external data sources to develop solutions and recommendations.
• Take inputs from key stakeholders and convert the offerings into product-based outputs by working with internal team members.
• Use analytics and data driven insights for creating business analysis, value proposition to address CG&S pain points: functional/operations/customer – leveraging CG&S domain expertise to identify potential gaps
• Develop the end-to-end process pipeline from connecting raw data sources to the analytical engine platform and finally showing the outputs in the form of widgets dashboards.
• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams (CG&S domain knowledge experts, data scientists, AI, and technology specialists) for development of relevant client solutions, new assets, tools and point of views
• Gather business requirements to create high level business solution framework covering aspects of CG&S customer journey, data driven business process design & Technology Architecture

Who are we looking for?

• You should have worked for 4+ years in the area of Knowledge Strategy and Consulting, Analytics and AI Delivery and Business Operations in one of the top analytical related companies with focus and experience in CG&S
• Basic experience in CG&S functions like Customer Experience, Marketing, Route to market, Revenue Growth Management (Promo & Pricing)
• Ability of Visual storytelling with BI & Visualization Tools (Tableau/Spotfire/Power BI, Cognos, Business Objects) is preferred
• Basic Excel including VBA and PowerPoint skills
• Understanding the end-to-end customer behavior throughout the CG&S product lifecycle.
• Basic experience in handling data from different sources such as Nielsen, Kantar, IRI, EPOS, public data, E-Comm, Brand Health data, exposure of media data, etc.
• Data Management using SQL, excel, python/pyspark
