Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the implementation of Gen AI solutions for SAP systems.

* Gather requirements, design, and develop AI/ML models for SAP integrations.

* Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

* Develop and implement machine learning pipelines for SAP data.

* Train and deploy AI models in production environments.

* Monitor and optimize the performance of AI solutions.

* Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.

* Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI and SAP technologies.

Qualifications:

* Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

* 5+ years of experience in implementing AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications.

* In-depth knowledge of SAP systems and functionalities, particularly relevant modules (e.g., S/4HANA, SuccessFactors).

* Expertise in Python and other programming languages used for AI/ML.

* Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning concepts.

* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

* Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams.
