Required Skills and Qualifications Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in AI, Data Science, or related disciplines are a plus.
Technical Expertise:
Extensive experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, including Einstein Service GPT and Einstein Bots.
Proficiency in Salesforce platform development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing concepts.
Salesforce Development Background:
Proven experience in Salesforce development and customization.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture and best practices. Ability to develop custom Salesforce applications and workflows.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools within Salesforce.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant, AI Associate). Experience with other AI tools and platforms. Background in customer service or experience working with customer service teams.
