RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for:
• Learning and training strategies for current training methods (including cultural, languages & certification systems)
• Define target group’s skillsets and certified learning paths including assessments and quality control;
• Preparing development frameworks for trainers taking in account the target group and method
• From the lessons learned feedback update standard training and create specific webinar sessions
• Timely training material deliverable
• Maintaining standard and quality during training development
• Efficient development of Scalable training material to minimize duplication
• Working together with Training Admin to plan timely training material delivery
• Training material to be within scope and safety regulatory requirements
• Independently gather and maintain information from relevant stakeholders to develop, organize and provide content internally in line with quality and style standards prevalent within KION
• Close collaboration with other stakeholders from specific departments to maintain a shared way of working
• Active engagement in process and content improvement within a fast growing and changing environment

Tasks and Qualifications:

• Open-minded to use digital tools for training (no PowerPoint approach!)
• Self-starter taking initiative (incl. driving change management)
• “People person,” ability to connect with specific target audience
• Mindful of political landmines within a business encompassing competition brands
