Summary:
As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, you will ensure the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. Design and deploy Responsible AI solutions; align AI projects with ethical principles and regulatory requirements. Provide leadership, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and advocates for ethical AI adoption.

Roles & Responsibilities:
– Expected to be an SME
– Collaborate and manage the team to perform
– Responsible for team decisions
– Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
– Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
– Lead the implementation of Responsible AI solutions
– Develop and enforce ethical AI practices within the organization

Professional & Technical Skills:
– Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies
– Strong understanding of AI ethics and regulatory compliance
– Experience in deploying AI solutions in a responsible manner
– Knowledge of AI governance frameworks
– Familiarity with AI bias mitigation techniques

Additional Information:
– The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies
– This position is based at our Coimbatore office
– A 15 years full time education is required
