As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, you will ensure the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. Design and deploy Responsible AI solutions; align AI projects with ethical principles and regulatory requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:
– Expected to be an SME
– Collaborate and manage the team to perform
– Responsible for team decisions
– Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
– Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
– Lead the implementation of Responsible AI frameworks
– Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with ethical standards
– Stay updated on the latest AI regulations and guidelines

Professional & Technical Skills:
– Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Governance
– Strong understanding of data privacy regulations
– Experience in implementing AI ethics frameworks
– Knowledge of AI bias mitigation techniques
– Familiarity with AI governance best practices

Additional Information:
– The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Governance
– This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office
– A 15 years full time education is required
