Summary:
As a Responsible AI Monitoring and Compliance Practitioner, you will support the delivery of services compliant with regulations and ensure quality and risk management. Your typical day will involve sharing risk expertise, increasing awareness of compliance policies, and executing risk management and quality initiatives within a project.

Roles & Responsibilities:
– Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
– Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
– Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
– Support the delivery of services compliant with regulations.
– Execute risk management and quality policies, procedures, and initiatives within a project.
– Increase awareness of compliance policies and processes.
– Share risk expertise with the team.
– Identify and mitigate risks in project deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
– Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning Operations.
– Strong understanding of risk management and compliance policies.
– Experience in executing risk management and quality initiatives.
– Good To Have Skills: Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
– Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements.
– Knowledge of project management methodologies.

Additional Information:
– The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Machine Learning Operations.
– This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
– A 15 years full time education is required.
