Summary:
As a Responsible AI Engineer, you will assess AI systems for adherence to predefined thresholds and benchmarks related to responsible, ethical, and sustainable practices. Design and implement technology mitigation strategies for systems to ensure ethical and responsible standards are achieved. A typical day involves evaluating AI systems and implementing strategies to maintain ethical standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
– Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
– Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
– Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
– Develop and implement responsible AI frameworks.
– Conduct audits on AI systems to ensure ethical compliance.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address ethical concerns.
– Stay updated on industry best practices for responsible AI implementation.
– Provide guidance on ethical decision-making processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
– Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
– Strong understanding of ethical AI principles.
– Experience with AI model interpretability techniques.
– Knowledge of bias detection and mitigation in AI systems.
– Familiarity with AI governance frameworks.

Additional Information:
– The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
– This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
– A 15 years full-time education is required.
