Responsible AI Advisor Full-time

Who We Are: We are Accenture’s Global Responsible AI team within the Data & AI Practice. As AI becomes more powerful and accessible, we ensure it is designed, built, and deployed responsibly. We work with leading organizations to embed responsibility into all AI activities by establishing AI governance, risk-based processes and implementing responsible AI in the lifecycle of AI.

Your Role: We seek experts in AI policy, standards, and regulation to help clients operationalize responsible AI requirements through governance, risk management, systemic testing and ongoing monitoring. You will enjoy working with diverse clients and influencing AI standards and policies. Our innovative culture offers opportunities for growth and career advancement.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with clients to sell Responsible AI projects.
• Lead projects focused on AI policy, standards, and governance.
• Act as a subject matter expert within data science teams.
• Support sales conversations and proposals.
• Manage and deliver Responsible AI projects.
• Guide senior leadership and client teams.
• Assess and track AI policy and standards developments.
• Engage with policy and regulatory stakeholders.
• Present Accenture’s views to clients and stakeholders.

What You Need:

• Relevant educational background.
• 3+ years of experience (more for senior roles).
• Management consulting, with experience in:
  • Government/legislative bodies, regulators, or standards bodies.
  • Corporate teams focused on Responsible AI.
  • Academia with practical Responsible AI applications.
  • Data science strategy, machine learning, and business analytics.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Data & AI regulations, compliance, and standards.
• Expertise in Responsible AI and Generative AI risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management and risk assessment skills.
• Project management experience.
• Consulting skills in designing and implementing governance structures.

Bonus Points:

• Published papers or thought leadership in Responsible AI.
• Legal experience in AI compliance.
• Ability to lead project workstreams and manage resources.
