You Are:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Staff R&D Engineer to join our VC Formal team in Bangalore or Hyderabad. As an ideal candidate, you possess a deep understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) work and have substantial experience in working with cloud technologies, containers, and Kubernetes. You have a strong background in algorithms and data structures, and you are an exceptional coder in C/C++ with excellent scripting skills in Python or TCL. You are not just a developer but a problem solver with a keen analytical mind and logical reasoning abilities. You are familiar with the software development process, debugging tools, and configuration management tools. Your prior knowledge in digital logic, EDA, Equivalence Checking, or Formal Technologies will be highly beneficial.

Beyond your technical skills, you are a person of high integrity and a positive attitude. You are self-driven, responsible, and dependable, with a solid desire to learn and explore new technologies. You possess fast learning abilities and are proactive in driving solutions to problems when working in a team. You are flexible, capable of working on multiple tasks based on project priorities, and an excellent team player with good oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in the English language is essential.
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working on the Generative AI technology of VC Formal.
• Technically driving and delivering multi-project functionality in each product release.
• Leading initiatives within the group and being recognized as the head and owner of these initiatives.
• Implementing software for functional areas and being accountable for the quality of work and results obtained.
• Developing project schedules and executing them without direction from the manager.
• Running effective meetings to work through problems and helping the team overcome obstacles.
• Making excellent decisions in selecting and discarding technology alternatives.
• Working closely with global cross-functional teams in defining, implementing, and delivering solutions.

What You’ll Need:

• BS/MS in Computer Science with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) work.
• Experience with cloud technologies, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Strong skills in scripting using Python or TCL.
• Excellent coding abilities in C/C++.
• Solid background in algorithms and data structures.
• Familiarity with the software development process, debugging tools, and configuration management tools.
• Prior knowledge of digital logic is required.
• Experience in EDA, Equivalence Checking, or Formal Technologies is beneficial.
