The AI Factory is dedicated to advancing our management software through AI innovation. Our primary goal is to seamlessly integrate AI features into our product line, either by enhancing functionality and user experience or by recreating user workflows to take full advantage of AI technology.

Your main objectives by QA Automation Engineer:

You will be responsible for designing , implementing , and executing automated testing strategies to validate the functionality and performance of our Generative AI applications. In addition to traditional QA responsibilities, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the quality control and automation of our innovative Generative AI technologies, involving exploration and trial-and-error approaches.

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing of Generative AI applications, integrating these tests into the CI/CD pipeline through collaboration with cross-functional teams;
• Engage in exploratory testing and work closely with data scientists and developers to identify potential issues, innovate quality control processes, and refine testing strategies for Generative AI models;
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for test scripts, plans, and cases, iterating methodologies based on feedback and evolving requirements.

About you

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field;
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a QA Automation Engineer with expertise in test automation frameworks;
• Strong programming skills, preferably in languages such as Python or Java, familiarity with testing Generative AI applications;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated testing into development workflows.
