You Are:

• An individual with a robust background in computer science or engineering, and have a deep understanding of python script development using AI concepts and libraries
• A detail-oriented person with excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• An effective communicator with proficient use of spoken and written English language
• Experienced in leadership roles with the ability to work with limited supervision, and comfortable working across multiple time zones.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing python scripts that may incorporate AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training and validation, testing, as well as deployment and evaluation
• Conducting research to stay ahead of the curve with the latest advancements in AI, and identifying opportunities to integrate them into our quality tools
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define AI project objectives and requirements, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals
• Developing clear and concise documentation, including requirements, technical specifications, user guides, best practices, and presentations, to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree – Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of related python/AI experience or, an advanced degree and a minimum of 6 years of related python/AI experience
• Proficiency in python and it’s AI libraries and APIs
• Proficiency in math, statistical analysis, and probability
• Familiarity with generally accepted software development planning and implementation workflows
• Working knowledge of Jira and Jama would be beneficial
