Python AI Developer Full-time

The position is hybrid and if the candidate is in NJ, he needs to visit Iselin office once or twice a week mandatory. Candidates based in NY can go to Client’s NY office. The candidates should have exemplary coding skills in Python and should be self-starter, following instructions clearly, with good logical bend of mind. The Interview process are as follows:

Once the candidate clear Fulcrum L1 round, the Client round will consist of the following steps:

1. The candidates will receive Python Hacker Run Test link. They are expected to do complete the coding in a stipulated time. (30 mins odd)
2. Once they successfully pass the test, it will follow by a Video Interview with Client. Here again they may be asked to write small codes etc.
3. Once the interview is successfully completed, they are called for in-person Interview at NJ or NY office where they will be asked to write few lines of codes and assessed over logical problem-solving skills. The candidates must agree for the same.

JD for the role:

Python AI Developer

Preferably in NJ/NY (Look for candidates in NJ as NY would be expensive)

Skillset : Very Strong Python Dev + Some experience in AI/LLM

Must:
• Very Strong Python Skillset
• Experience in coding for GenAI Domain – Chat GPT and other AI Service providers
• Experience programming with Gen AI Local Lang Model (LLM) – LLAMA
• Experience in running python with AWS GPU EC2 machines . Good understanding of GPU memory management.

Bonus:
• API Dev work in Python
• Streamlit / Fast API in Python
• Experience with Chroma Vector DB or other Vector DBs
• Versatile in AWS services (API Gateway , S3 Bucket , EC2)
• Knowledge of various Gen AI Models (LLAMA / OpenAI / Google Bard / Mistral etc)

Skillset : Very Strong Python Dev + Some experience in AI/LLM
