Job Description & Summary

PwC Poland’s RPA Robotics team employs more than 60 people. We support all aspects of the automation lifecycle for external clients, both in Poland and in Central-Eastern and Western Europe. We work with most RPA platforms (UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, NICE, MS PowerAutomate, etc.). We help clients understand a variety of business processes in finance, HR, purchasing, sales and logistics.

We are looking for:
Python AI Developer

By joining us, you will have an unique opportunity to join the Artificial Intelligence subteam to support the implementation and maintenance of end to end automation solutions within our Clients’ environments that help them to achieve their business goals and do something extraordinary, that would be out of their reach without your help. You will work intimately with clients through the whole project life cycle.

Your future role:

• Engaging closely with architects, software engineers and business, in order to deliver highly available and scalable services;
• Maintaining and developing continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) pipelines for containerized (micro-services) solution to achieve reliable and stable releases;
• Maintaining and configuring tools within projects’ tech stack (Docker, Grafana, Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Kibana, and other ones);
• Troubleshooting issues for various Microsoft Azure and Google cloud-based systems and improving tool chain as well as associated processes towards more automation and shorter turnaround times (Ansible, Chef);
• Participating in reviews of new and changed components;
• Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.

Apply if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in production ready code development in Python.
• Knowledge of one additional programming language is a plus (e.g. C# / TypeScript / Java).
• Understanding of cloud concepts and architectures, with hands-on experience in cloud services (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., Azure AI Studio, AzureML, Vertex.AI, SageMaker, MLFlow).
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices, with experience using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience in deploying solutions with technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes.
• Teamwork skills, with the ability to support colleagues.
• Responsibility for tasks and deliverables.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
