Project Manager – AI Video Avatars Producer Full-time

Your role

Are you interested to join the Global Wealth Management COO and shape the firm’s transformation and integration with Credit Suisse as part of the GWM Integration Office? Do you want to contribute to simplification initiatives and closely work together with our partners like the Front Support Office, the Agile Delivery Organization, the GWM business units, as well as the GWM Chief of Staff teams? Do you have proven project management skills for wealth management, solid presentation skills including an affinity for communication means, all combined as well as with a solid track record to deliver pragmatic solutions?

If so, we are looking for someone like you to focus on AI Video Avatars production along conducting Project Manager responsibilities like:
• drive project management on relevant migration-relevant initiatives
• drive simplification streams to create scale in the operating • dare to simplify existing processes with the clients’ needs and interests in mind
• challenge the status-quo and identify pragmatic and tangible solutions
• align results with relevant stakeholders in a timely manner and reliably support initiatives’ delivery
• develop effective solutioning including design, rollout, and adoption
• foster collaboration across markets, functions, and teams with the Integration Office and beyond

Your team

We are looking for a highly motivated, strong communicator, and delivery-oriented individual to join the Integration Office Operationalization & Simplification team within the GWM COO Chief of Staff organization in Poland. The team thrives to be a key delivery force for the migration as well as take on project management challenges during the integration phase. In your role, you will drive project streams for the integration office and deliver content and training material to support the familiarization of employees and support the client experience overall.

Your expertise
• at least 5 years of experience in project or business management
• a degree in business administration and/or Project Management
• proficient language skills in English – German, French, or • ability to work under tight timelines and implement tangible solutions
• proven track record in project delivery related to trainings/content production
• affinity to presentation tools and new communication means such as AI Video Avatars
• excellent analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
• experience in working with multiple teams across sectors and regions
