Description and Requirements

To drive our AI initiatives to success, we are looking for a results-oriented Project Manager with a proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects from inception to completion. This role requires a dynamic thought leader who is comfortable and effective at influencing across worldwide and regional leadership teams to ensure that business objectives and P&L targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage Ai projects lifecycles from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
• Taking idea and shaping it into program or project, thinking critically and strategically about the right approach , the right stakeholders, the right scope, etc.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Break down project requirements into well-defined User Stories
• Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to ensure project efficiency.
• Facilitate project meetings and keep all stakeholders informed of project progress and potential roadblocks.
• Generate clear and concise reports (status reports, burn down charts, etc.) to visualize project health and identify areas for improvement. (These reports may be created using tools like Power BI.)
• Manage project risks and develop contingency plans to address potential issues.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, experience with Prosci ADKAR model is a plus.
• Communicating well verbally and in writing
• Working Autonomously and cross Geo experience needed

Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to manage multiple projects, balance competing priorities, and be flexible and creative
• Ability to maintain composure and perseverance in a deadline-driven environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
• Ability to pay attention to detail, g ood communication and presentation skills (English)
• Willingness to become the Subject Matter Expert to improve organizational efficiency
• Dynamic, reliable and self-managed person able to think outside the box, with a focus on knowledge and business ownership

Base gross monthly salary starts from 2.500 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum – it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also a variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
