Program Manger I ACES, GO-AI Full-time

The Global Operations – Artificial Intelligence (GO-AI) team is an initiative, which remotely handles exceptions in the Amazon Robotic Fulfillment Centers Globally. GO-AI seeks to complement automated vision based decision-making technologies by providing remote human support for the subset of tasks which require higher cognitive ability and cannot be processed through automated decision making with high confidence. This team provides end-to-end solutions through inbuilt competencies of Operations and strong central specialized teams to deliver programs at Amazon scale.

Key job responsibilities

Position Responsibilities

– Design and implement standardized work for GO-AI processes and address challenges pertaining to key performance indicators across all sites.

– Support site leadership in strategic planning. Deliver data and analysis to help prioritize projects and initiatives.

– Own and manage the program metrics to drive continuous process improvements.

– Lead data collection, time studies, statistical analysis and other data analysis as part of continuous process improvement efforts.

– Oversee pipeline and ongoing docket of process improvement projects.

– Coach project resources on relevant tools and methods for discovering and implementing process improvements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 2+ years of program or project management experience

– Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology

– Experience in MS Access and SQL

– Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
