Program manager – AI & ML Full-time

Required Skills:

• Expertise in leading large AI&Client programs/initiatives, advanced data analytics engagements including model development
• Experience with establishing programs and leading them end to end while scaling for growth
• Experience (typically) of managing multiple teams
• Experience building relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels and collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations
• Experience communicating with data to drive change; ability to find commonalities in GenAI initiatives across organization, identify opportunities to optimize and innovate across the organization, ability to build a common strategy
• Develops strong partnerships with product owners, architects and development Leads to transform Business objectives into execution strategy
• Ability to assess program risks across multiple product teams and report impact to the customer’s strategic objectives
• Accountable for zero-tolerance adherence to Scrum processes (Standups, Release plan, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retros)
• Expertise in Scrum/Agile methodologies, and strong experience/understanding of Scrum/Agile at Scale (SAFe).
• Typically has rich and varied experience of working in an Agile based fashion and has a robust understanding of the pitfalls and guardrails
