Your Role

As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the development of innovative AI algorithms are of high quality. This is not just a job; it’s an opportunity to lead the change in and shape the future of AI used in the automotive industry. Your day to day will consist of the following:

• Project Ownership: Take the helm in gathering stakeholder requirements for labeling of project data, creating robust labeling strategies for internal and external work forces with make versus buy decisions, cultivating external partners and partnership development, with the overall goal of ensuring that project deliverables not only meet but exceed expectations.
• Collaboration: Immerse yourself in a collaborative global environment, working alongside brilliant minds in software development, data science, and engineering to bring revolutionary products to life.
• Requirements Gathering: Be the maestro orchestrating the symphony of project requirements needed for labeling, translating stakeholder visions into actionable plans for success.
• Planning and Scheduling: Craft meticulous project plans and schedules, charting a course for success and ensuring timely delivery of game-changing AI products and services.
• Risk Management: Embrace challenges head-on, identifying and conquering potential risks to ensure the seamless execution of projects.
• Stakeholder Communication: Be the storyteller, keeping internal and external stakeholders captivated with regular updates on the thrilling progress of our groundbreaking projects.
• Quality Assurance: Set the bar high for excellence, implementing rigorous quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of services that dazzle and delight.
• Performance Metrics: Define the metrics that will showcase the grand success of our projects, demonstrating the tangible impact on efficiency and innovation.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead the charge in a culture of perpetual improvement, where every project becomes an opportunity to raise the bar and set new standards.
• High Visibility: Monthly reporting and presenting to management on services status.

Your Background

• Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferred in AI/ML projects.
• Technical proficiency: Experience in projects using Agile, JIRA, and MS Project. Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications. Excellent leadership and social skills. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. Solid organizational and time-management capabilities. PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
