We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join Jesica.ai’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions. As a Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of recruitment by leveraging AI technology to solve challenging problems in the hiring process.

Product Manager, Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and sales teams, to define the product roadmap and deliver new features and enhancements.
• Research and analyze market trends, competition, and user needs to identify new product opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Work closely with the engineering team to prioritize and plan development sprints, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Lead user research and testing initiatives to gather insights and validate product concepts.
• Monitor and analyze product usage metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in the recruitment space.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in the software or SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and practices.
• Experience in leveraging AI and machine learning technologies in product development is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical background or familiarity with software development processes is preferred.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Passionate about creating user-centered products that drive value and solve real-world problems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
