Are you ready to impact the business of a leading European e-commerce platform with ML and AI? We are looking for a passionate and proactive Product Manager with a strong focus on ML / AI products to join our team. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of data analysis and practical applications of Machine Learning to solve business problems. You will be in charge of product discovery and roadmap, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver value through ML-based solutions for Finance and Commerce teams.

We are looking for people who:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus
• Are experienced in a Product Manager or similar role in a technology or Data&AI focused field
• Have proven experience with Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs
• Excel in problem-solving & product discovery abilities with strong decision-making skills
• Have excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Have very good business writing skills, organization and discipline of work
• Know English at min. B2 level and Polish at min. C1 level

The following are also a plus:

• Experience in Machine Learning/AI
• Experience in data analytics and/or data processing
• Experience in cloud platforms, i.e. Google Cloud Platform

In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:

• Support business leaders by proposing and delivering AI solutions aimed at solving their business challenges and improving their KPIs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into AI product requirements
• Develop long term product roadmaps with a focus of driving business value
• Work closely with Data Scientist, Engineer and Analyst Team Managers to manage and prioritize the backlog and drive the AI product development according to the defined roadmap
• Facilitate communication across different teams and stakeholders to align objectives and ensure everyone is on the same page
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics
• Communicate product development and plans through presentations, workshops, review sessions
