Product Manager, Business Intelligence and AI, Google Cloud Full-time

Minimum qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in a product management.
• Experience building enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products.
• Experience shipping AI/Generative AI based products or services.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with data analytics/Business Intelligence (BI) platforms.
• Ability to deliver products working across various functions and partners.
• Ability to transform data into an insightful narrative and understand how to use this information to make decisions.
• Ability to be technically proficient and collaborate with engineers in developing the technical architecture of the products.

The Cloud Business Intelligence team is a portfolio of business intelligence products for enterprises, including Looker and Looker Studio.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build foundational AI services that will enable key experiences across our Business Intelligence (BI) portfolio and facilitate insights for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Build an understanding of our most demanding enterprise customers requirements for data analytics and business intelligence.
• Define the strategy and prioritize the product roadmap, working with engineering, sales, support, and other cross-functional teams.
• Define, measure, and improve key metrics for the product that translate the success and growth of our enterprise customer base (e.g., satisfaction, adoption).
• Execute the full lifecycle of shipping new features and other total product initiatives, from requirements through to optimizing for landing and achieving our success metrics.
• Drive adoption and awareness, both through activities and at scale by enabling our Field Sales and Marketing teams.
