Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager to lead the strategic vision and roadmap for integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies across marketing product domains. This role focuses on use cases spanning Marketing Planning, Demand Generation, Lead Management, and Marketing Analytics. You will drive the enablement of AI-based solutions to create efficiencies and unlock value across these areas.

As a Product Manager, you will shape and manage a rolling 12-month roadmap of AI/ML-driven solutions with a global scope, collaborating closely with Sr. Product Managers, Data Science & Machine Learning teams, Engineering, and Marketing stakeholders. Your work will enhance the customer lifecycle, go-to-market motions, and revenue generation through marketing and sales automation

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and drive the product strategy for AI/ML applications in marketing solutions to achieve goals around efficiency, scalability, and data accuracy
• Automation & Workflow Optimization: Lead initiatives to automate data processing, validation, and integration workflows, leveraging ML models to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks
• Domain Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for AI/ML applications in marketing, understanding data operations, workflows, and pipeline requirements
• Model Integration: Provide guidance on integrating AI/ML models to ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with business and technical requirements
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure AI/ML solutions comply with data privacy regulations and governance standards
• Backlog Management: Define and prioritize requirements, breaking them into structured backlog items with clear acceptance criteria
• Risk Management: Track and mitigate risks or blockers impacting the delivery of features aligned with the Product Roadmap
• Metrics & Impact: Define and manage metrics for AI/ML-driven features, ensuring alignment with business objectives like data accuracy, processing speed, and operational efficiency
• Program Leadership: Lead and direct large AI/ML initiatives in marketing solutions
• Prioritization Strategy: Develop a prioritization strategy and maintain a rolling 12-month roadmap
• Documentation: Create PRDs, success metrics, Epic definitions, backlogs, and OKR definitions. Develop user journey flows and persona definitions in collaboration with UX
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage relationships with senior stakeholders (Sr. Manager+), ensuring alignment on key initiatives and priorities

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• 3+ years of combined experience in technical product management or product ownership, focusing on AI/ML applications in data-driven environments
• Proven experience with AI/ML solutions in marketing, including planning, demand generation, lead management, segmentation, and targeting
• Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives and senior stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the tech industry
• Familiarity with Marketing Automation, CRM, Events Technologies, ABM, and Conversational Marketing tools is a plus
