The Product Management team is looking for a Product Management Intern to join a dynamic team focused on solving customer challenges using advanced Generative AI/LLM technology combined with the desire to build a best-in-class user experience.

The ideal candidate should have a background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. They should understand the product lifecycle and agile practices, as well as maintain strong communication and collaboration skills. You will be responsible for participating in and leading both discovery and development to achieve specific product goals. A successful candidate must be energized by building deep customer empathy, collaborating with design, development, and applied science, optimizing team processes, and utilizing data to monitor project success.

Focused on our aiR for Privilege product, which leverages Generative AI and Machine Learning to predict and protect legal privilege, you will help grow our product offering and build new features in collaboration with Engineering, Design, User Research, and Applied Science. You will meet with customers to understand the problem statement and validate if various solutions address the correct problems.

Your Role In Action

• Understand the product and communicate its value proposition to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Conduct market research and lead discovery with users to understand the problem statement and validate possible solutions.

• Collaborate with Design and User Experience partners to create mockups of solutions to test and validate with users.

• Define technical feature requirements with engineering and applied science.

• Communicate feature vision and achieve buy-in from Senior Leadership and stakeholders.

• Justify features with both qualitative and quantitative data evidence.

• Work with product marketing on go-to-market strategies.

Your Skills

• Background in or currently studying a STEM field.

• Highly interested in Generative AI and Machine Learning.

• Entrepreneurial in nature; enjoys the process and challenges of building.

• Has a high attention to detail and great communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Familiarity and comfort with data, including the ability to use data to set goals, back up assumptions, and track success.

• Excitement and curiosity about highly complex problems, systems, and interactions.

• A team player with proven ability to validate solutions and deliver features from inception to delivery.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
$43,000 and $55,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
