Privacy & AI Compliance – Senior Consultant Full-time

Deloitte is actively seeking an innovative and passionate Privacy and AI Compliance Senior Consultant to join our Innovation Team. We’re looking for a motivated individual with substantial knowledge and experience in the realm of risk assessments of different technologies.

What will you do :

• Elaborate impact assessments as required by law, such as DPIAs, LIAs, and conformity assessments
• Support the necessary changes in the record of processing activity and in the governance.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments on AI technologies, ensuring they meet privacy and data protection standards and new data legislations as applicable, such as the AI Act.
• Support the GenAI Risk and Governance representative in implementing secure operating practices and internal policies
• Maintain compliance with local, national, and global data privacy laws.

What about you :

• Master’s degree in Law or IT.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the data protection and privacy sectors, with a solid focus on risk assessments and DPIAs.
• In-depth understanding of GDPR and other data protection and privacy regulations.
• Certified Information Privacy Professional Europe (CIPP/E) or Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) designation preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex issues effectively and efficiently.
• Sound knowledge of AI technologies, their vulnerabilities, and potential risks.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
