Principal Consultant – Generative AI Full-time

Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant – Generative AI

We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage our technology based Generative AI projects. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of programming languages and have a background in application development, Generative AI (OpenAI, Gemini, others), Machine Learning, Python, Flask/Django, Java, microservices, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP – one of the cloud Azure / AWS is mandatory) and executed/executing Generative AI Projects. Familiarity with Generative AI models and other emerging technologies will be considered an asset. An adeptness in SCRUM/Agile methodologies, along with excellent project and people management skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a knack for client-facing interactions are all vital for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technology-based projects from inception to completion for Generative AI implementations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Lead the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets Monitor project progress and take corrective action when necessary.

• Work closely with developers and software engineers to ensure technological alignment and product quality.

• Utilize SCRUM/Agile methodologies to drive project execution and performance.

• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.

• Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project status and needs.

• Foster a productive and positive work environment that encourages innovation and growth.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Strong experience in technical project management.

• Experience in application development, Java, .Net, Python or similar programming languages-based Projects.

• Proficient in Generative AI (OpenAI, Gemini, others), Machine Learning, Python, Flask/Django, microservices, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP – one of the cloud Azure / AWS is mandatory)

• Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.

• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile (CSM, ACP).

• Experience in Generative AI and other emerging technologies.

• Proven track record in managing large scale, complex technology projects.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and engage various teams and stakeholders.
