Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our innovative and dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 8 to 12 years of industry experience working with large volumes of data, developing and deploying multiple AI models, and possessing a strong understanding of Generative AI and LLM (Large Language Models) techniques. As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading AI projects, driving technical excellence, and providing guidance to the AI development team

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Lead AI Projects: Take ownership of AI initiatives, from conception to deployment, by collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery
2. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the AI development team, ensuring adherence to best practices, efficient implementation of AI models, and quality code development
3. Data Analysis: Analyse and understand large volumes of structured and unstructured data, extracting meaningful insights to drive AI model development and decision-making processes
4. AI Model Development: Develop and deploy AI models that leverage a variety of techniques, including machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI. Ensure the models are scalable, accurate, and robust
5. LLM Expertise: Apply your expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance the performance and capabilities of AI models, leveraging state-of-the-art techniques and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field
6. Performance Optimization: Optimize AI models for performance, efficiency, and scalability, leveraging techniques such as model compression, quantization, and parallel processing to improve execution time and resource utilization
7. Model Evaluation: Design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure the performance and effectiveness of AI models, including metrics for accuracy, precision, recall, and other relevant parameters
8. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
9. Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends, research, and advancements in the AI field, and proactively explore opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and techniques for continuous improvement
10. Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, model architectures, and project reports, to facilitate knowledge sharing and project management processes
